Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. How to Request a Return

We will respond to your request within 3 business days with further instructions. Please do not send your item back without receiving confirmation from us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
Refund Process

Damaged or Defective Items
